Everything was going well until and 2017 my bad day started and I met with a serious accident due to which my left me got badly injured. I was at bed rest for almost 3 months. I somehow recovered but by happiness didn’t last for long because I again had an accident in 2018 and the same name was injured doctor told me to be causes and careful.It took me 5 months to recover, just enough to walk properly. My injury had just healed a little when I met with an accident again in 2019.This time both of my knees got injured. The patella of my knee had slipped down and the ligaments of my ankle joint was damaged.Doctor had stated that I will never be able to walk again.I went into depression because of the statement. I stayed on bed for around 1 year due to which my weight reached 80 kg. After a year of struggle during covid, I decided to recover on my own I improved my diet and started doing Physiotherapy for myself. Sports had taught me a lot so I could become my own doctor. I motivated myself and started exercising.During covid, I decided to help others become healthy and fit so I started taking classes live on Facebook.My aim was to bring a change in the lives of women who are demotivated or a depression victims.
